This Annual Marketing Planning event was focused on learning new ways to build deeper connections with customers through computing experiences from Microsoft partners. 200 attendees from OEM and ODM partners representing 51 companies and 23 countries attended this event at the Microsoft Conference Center in Redmond, WA.
Collaborated with Designers, Directors, and Managers to create new branding, templates, design systems, workflows, and event collateral. My team at Extreme Arts and Sciences helped with on site planning and reviews for signage placements and slide deck presentations with key stakeholders. Finalized digital and print materials would include attendee name badges, signage, executive level presentation decks, website and registration, newsletters invites, agendas and recaps, event swag, documentation for tables and breakout sessions.
I provided on-site production design and editing for all event speakers and key stakeholders, creating on demand materials for digital displays and polishing presentation decks before and during event showtimes.
